Double Swirl Cinnamon Bread

I love warm, fresh baked bread during the Holiday season. The amazing aroma that fills the kitchen with each baked loaf, along with the soft, savory taste that comes with each slice, makes each family gathering or party even more festive.

Yes, bread makes every Holiday tradition better, and that's what led to today's recipe. Imagine, a large, beautiful loaf of bread with a secret swirl surprise in the middle. What's that surprise you ask? How about a double swirl of delicious cinnamon and sugar?! That's right, cinnamon swirl bread times two! Oh the joy! Oh the excitement! Oh the taste! Throw on that apron, it's time to bake up some Double Swirl Cinnamon Bread!

1/4 cup Butter, melted
1/3 cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Himalayan Salt
6-8 cups Honeyville Alta Artisan Flour
3 Tbsp SAF Yeast

Cinnamon Swirl Filling:
1 cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Butter, melted

Directions:
First, prepare your dough.

In your Bosch Universal Mixer or WonderMix Mixer, combine the following ingredients in this order: milk, butter, sugar, salt, 4 cups flour, yeast. Turn mixer on and, while ingredients are mixing, add remaining flour 1 cup at a time until dough begins to pull away from the sides. Knead in machine for 4-5 minutes.

Remove and place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 30-40 minutes.

Once dough has doubled in size, punch down, divide into two pieces, and, taking one piece, roll out into a long, rectangle-like shape. Take your melted butter and brush the top of the dough, then sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture.

Take the edge of the dough and roll up into a tight roll.

Take your USA Pan Hearth Pan and gentle fold the roll, then place inside the pan.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Once oven is preheated, brush the top of the loaf with melted butter, then place in oven, knock temperature down to 350 degrees, and bake for 35 minutes.
