Directions:
First, make your dough.

dough-in-mixer

In your WonderMix Mixer or Bosch Universal Mixer, add the following ingredients in this order: buttermilk powder, hot water, butter, sugar, salt, 4 cups flour, and yeast. Turn mixer on and, while ingredients are mixing, add remaining flour until dough begins to pull away from the sides. Knead in machine for 4-5 minutes.

dough-in-bowl

Remove and place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 30-40 minutes, or until double in size.

Once risen, punch down, remove, and divide dough into two piece. Take one piece and roll out into a circle.

sliced-dough

Using a pizza cutter, slice the dough into 8 triangles.

rolled-up-dough

Take each triangle, one at a time, and roll up in the shape of a crescent roll. Place each roll on your USA Pan Baking Sheet, lined with parchment paper. Repeat process with other half of the dough.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
