Ingredients:
2 cups Honeyville Blanched Almond Flour
1/2 cup Honeyville Organic Peanut Butter Powder + 1/4 cup Water
1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
Directions:
First, reconstitute your peanut butter powder.
To do so, add powder and water to a bowl and mix until a thick peanut butter powder forms.
In a separate bowl, add almond flour.
In a microwavable bowl, add peanut butter and maple syrup. Heat in microwave in 30 second increments, removing and stirring until you have a warm, smooth texture.
Pour melted maple syrup and peanut butter mixture in bowl with almond flour and mix together until a thick fudge batter forms.
Pour fudge into a container of your choosing. Place in refrigerator and let cool and set up for 1-2 hours. Once set up, remove, slice, and serve.
